What is NIS2?
The NIS2 directive (Network and Information Security 2) strengthens the European cybersecurity framework. It significantly expands the scope of covered entities and imposes stricter cyber risk management requirements.
It distinguishes essential entities (energy, transport, health, banking) and important entities (digital, food, chemicals, postal).
